These are new Israeli-made civilian gas masks included with one sealed German made 40mm NATO Nuclear/Biological/Chemical (NBC) 40mm NATO filter. Although these are made for children, sometimes petite women will find they fit in them better than the adult size.  Unlike the photo, this one does have the hydration port for the drinking tube, but does not come with the hydration hose (ordered below).
