A search of the warehouse for more gas mask filters revealed these.  Unknown country of origin.  I thought they were Soviet/Russian, but they have the standard 40mm NATO STANAG thread, so fit most gas masks.  They look identical to me to the Soviet/Russian ones, with slightly different printing.  They are never issued sealed canisters, but do not have tamper resistant indicators like most other countries do.
